Following a bereavement, I faced the task of dealing with probate and a house sale which was overwhelming, and I realised I needed help and support. Liz understood the situation, what needed to be done and most importantly the pace I needed to go at – how much I could cope with at each point!
To help me clear the house she started small and suggested we just clear some books out first. Just doing that one small thing made me feel better able to clear some more.
