Typically 2–4 hours depending on the size of the property.

A detailed, room-by-room report following a video or on-site consultation.
Includes a practical checklist for future viewings.

If your property isn’t achieving the viewings you expected, I provide an in-person review with clear, achievable recommendations.
Travel is included up to 15 miles (each way) from the business postcode.
Beyond this, mileage is charged at £0.45 per mile.

Gift vouchers are available for all my services, at any amount.

Evening appointments (after 5pm), weekends and bank holidays are available by arrangement, with additional costs discussed in advance.
